Is there simply no area of life that things are not debated, not evern something as simple as how people learn to drive. There are conflicting opinions on speed limits, whether different aspects of the driving test are really valuable, whether the driving test should be made more difficult or longer, who should be permitted to teach people to drive, etc. etc.
There are a number of so called 'authority sources' when it comes to professional driver training establishments. The AA and RAC have some of the loudest voices when it comes to making their opinions known, but their opinion is also debated by many.
The RoSPA organisation is also an advanced driving charity with much to say when it comes to road safety. (RoSPA stands for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Even many of the points that are actively encouraged by RoSPA, are discouraged by the DSA who are in charge of the driving test.
Why can people just not agree? I think that it is mainly down to the fact that people do not like being told what to do. People find things too restrictive, and some people would say that they are happier to push the blame on to others and just accept that 'accidents happen'. Others (some would say) are just going overboard when it comes to driving.
Driving instructors are not even agreed on a lot of aspects to do with learning to drive. They do, however, have to roughly abide by the guidelines set out by the DSA as the DSA are the ones who issue the permits that allow the driving schools to teach people to drive. Best to keep them happy, eh?
The title 'The Monkey Virus' is a play on the debate about evolution. As the site is about common debates, I figured this was a good title!
Some people claim that people came from apes. That we started as less than fish, became more than that, became monkeys and apes, then became people. As hard as this is to imagine, we tend to beleive it as this is a theory (I stress 'theory') suggested by educated scientists. I am led to beleive that there is actually no authentic evidence to point to this, but it is accepted all the same.
Anti-evolutionists say that evolution is like a disease - hense the title!
We will be adding a contact email for you to put some other opinions into the pot at some point in the near future, but in the mean time, just get yourself hot under the collar!
Happy reading, we will try to put at least two sides to every story.
Designing a website nowadays is far easier than it was just a few years ago. As the popularity of the internet has increased, so has the number of companies offering web design services. In addition to these service providers, there are also numerous places offering free services where you can pick up a template, often for free.
The advantages, if your budget allows, of paying a professional website design company are obvious. As with most things, if you pay a professional to do the job, you will receive a professional service and, in this case, a website design that will match your requirements. You will have the opportunity to offer input at each stage as the design develops. You can also be assured that the design you receive will be unique. The main disadvantage to paying a professional is that it will be significantly more expensive than if you were to use a template.
Templates do, however, offer numerous advantages. They are cheap, sometimes even free! They can be picked up at any time and from a vast array of different designs. Many of the bigger websites offering templates have huge choices covering most industries, so unless your company operates in a fairly obscure niche, there is a very good chance you will be able to find something to suit your requirements. The main disadvantage to using templates is, unless you pay a premium for the pleasure, the design can be used by multiple people. Taking into account the overall size of the internet, it is perhaps unlikely this will affect you, but there is always a chance.
website seo Mansfield website design services Mansfield website development MansfieldQuite recently in the press, the name 'Gina Ford' has come up. Gina Ford is effectively something like a nursery nurse, who specialises in bring up babies to be happy and contented.
The problem has come that parents differ greatly on parenting styles and some are arguing that trying to force your baby to do things that they do not want to at first is 'cruel'. These accusations are vigourously denied by Gina herself, and I believe, her lawyers!
When it comes to peoples lives, and especially when it comes to the lives of babies and small children, people can become very defensive and in some cases very critical of other peoples behavior and also parenting methpds.
Gina Ford is certainly no stranger to controversy.
